Rupetiro was founded in November 2001 by 4 women who wanted
to breed quality ponies. RUth Peters, PEggy Bailey, TIna Peters, and ROxanne May
decided to purchase a purebred Caspian Stallion from MCC Farm in Texas. Ruth and Tina Peters operate Le Cheval Farm which
has been producing quality ponies for many years. Peggy Bailey (formerly Berry) operates Idle Acres which has been producing
1st Premium American Warmbloods (Registry) for several years. Peggy also has an extensive background in Pony Club and 4-H.
Peggy and Tina have also shown many horses and ponies in horseshows throughout Virginia as well as Dressage at Devon. Roxanne
May has been working with horses for many years and with Peggy took their TB, The Savoy Truffle, to the MHSA TB 3-year old
Championship in 2003.
Roxanne May acquired GB Shadrokh
Div on her own in 2004.
